Terms of Tuber Condition and Purchase
Conditions of Tubers
All tubers are guaranteed to have one eye, which may or may not be visible at time of shipment. Each tuber is guaranteed to be true to name. Each listing is for one tuber. All tubers listed have been grown by me for at least one year before reselling. Once your tubers are in your possession, they are your responsibility and their performance cannot be guaranteed due to factors that are out of my control; such as soil conditions, weather and lighting. This is a risk you accept when purchasing dahlia tubers.
Inspect your order upon delivery. Open your package immediately. Take your package in upon delivery. We pack your tubers carefully to be shipped safely, but they are not meant to be stored in the shipping box until planting time.
Tubers maintain moisture, so it is important to open your package upon receipt.
You must notify me within 5 days of delivery with any problems with your tubers, i.e. missing or incorrect varieties sent or broken necks. Email your concern to me along with pictures of the tubers in question. If an error has occurred, we will send out the correct variety, if available, or refund your original purchase. We will not refund any extra charges incurred from 3rd party vendors. After 7 days, all sales are final. By purchasing from me you agree to these terms.
Pickup Policy
All unclaimed orders will be considered forfeited if not picked up by June 15th. No refund will be issued if not contacted for an alternative method of shipping.
Terms of Purchase
We offer dahlia tubers which are a single tuber and not a clump.
All sales are final and are not subject to change after purchase has been made.
Payment is due in full with your order.
Cancellations will not be made unless severe circumstances are presented by the customer.
Changes to orders are not accepted; price differences, availability and adjustments online have to be made for changes and are more time consuming than you would think.
Buyer is responsible for shipping fees which are paid at time of purchase. Buyer accepts the risk of lost or damaged packages and must file their grievance with USPS. By providing us with your email information you will receive tracking information and can see the date and time your package is delivered. So, please, don’t claim your package was never delivered. This information seems redundant but believe me, it happens!
We only ship to addresses within the United States.
Limits are set on some varieties of tubers. If limits are exceeded, your order will be canceled and refunded.
If we are unable to fill an order due to tuber loss in our storage we will refund the cost of the tuber. If you have no other tubers being shipped to you we will also refund your shipping costs.
Refunds are not made due to poor growing conditions, your storage conditions or insect damage. We can not guarantee the performance of your plantings. By purchasing from me you agree to these terms.
